Engine Identification

Hi, new to the board here.

I have a 1986 Suzuki Quadrunner LT250 4x4 that I have replaced the engine in with one that I had in my shop. Problem is I do not know what year the engine is that I put in the 4 wheeler. I have tried to look it up but have been very unsuccessful so I am seeking help.

The engine ID is J413-121382.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated, and would also assist in ordering parts.
