Is 07 Grizzley to much

Wanting to buy the 07 Yamaha Grizzley 700. I am going to use it around the house for yard maintainance and the occasional trail ride. I did not know how the quads handle in tight quarters. I love the fact that its fuel injected and has power steering. Just did not want to spend the 8,000 if its terrible in tight terrain
