Buy Vinson 500 semi auto / mistake or not

I live in South Africa and am currently riding an LTZ 400 Suzuki. I arrange outrides and rallies and need to carry 1st aid kit and sometimes recover the bike that went off the road. I am contemplating buying the Vinson 500 Semi-auto. Will this be a good move since it will be used to play around in bushes but also for trail riding which will sometimes include open stretches. What is the max speed reachable if needed? How does it compare to the Arctic Cat 400?

Please help with advise.
