Is there a rear storage box?

If so mount it just above that and under the plastic for the body.

Anywhere it should remain protected from flying debis, reasonably free of mud and/or water.

There is a storage box under the seat next to the battery. I will place it inside the storage box unless someone has a better location? Thanks for the Help!

I mounted mine on the inside of the right fender as high as it would go. I have had no problems and ride in high water every now and then. You will have to use the red and black battery cables to run from the contactor to the winch and the yellow and blue cables to run from the contactor to the battery. This way you can keep your storage box under the seat for, well, storage. Also you won't have to worry about your cables getting pinched between the seat and the storage box.
