Warn 424 select

What does everyone think of the Warn 424 select setup?
I've been thinking of geting it but have not seen one in action. I have a 2001 400 Big Bear with 26" mudlites and a moose lift, so for general trail riding and yard work it steers hard. And I'm actually a bike guy so I wouldn't mind being able to throw it sideways once and a while.
And now after a long wait they offer it for the BIG Bear, so now its time to decide.
