carb help

hi this is my first post on this board. i am from the jeep board. i have a 2001 300ex i am having a carb. problem. when i try to ride a wheelie or jump it stumbles and tried to die. i put the choke on and it runs fine. it also runs fine on flat ground. i think i need to adjust the float level but i don't know how. any help would be appreciated.

thanks ahead of time.
ps i know it is a sport bike but i need help.
