The dealer were i get my truck service has sent me a letter stating that they want my 01 V6 prerunner Trd. This is the 3rd time i get a notice like this. I just put four grand into my truck and i have a year left to pay it off. I doubt that i will traded it in for an 06, but it's tempting
I just wanted to know if anyone else has gotten these type of letters. Is there a high demand for 01 tacomas?
I think it happens with everyone, I have a 2002 with about 27k on it, dealer wants it bad(02, SR5, 5sp, TRD with locker, nerf bars, spray in bedliner, etc etc...thing is in mint condition, I actually went in and talked numbers with salesman because I really want an 05 or 06, they would only give me $10,500 for my truck on trade in, and would NOT come down any on a new one....haha nice try stealership, I will keep doing my buisness through private sellers
dont waster your time, its just a gimmick to see if they can get you into the lot, thats where it all begins lol
I get them every other month on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It is a 95, and has over 135k. Agreed, the dealers will say anything to you to get you in the door.
