how loud will a performance intake make my truck?

You will notice an increase in sound from the intake, but nothing unbearable. I cannot quantify it, because somemany things make noise also, hardly noticable at highway speed, mostly when under acceleration. It will be more so if you have a louder exhaust muffler. You can always try it and return it if you don't like it....well maybe

Under normal driving conditions you probably won't even notice it. When you really put your foot in it you will hear a differance but it isn't all that loud.
