Default Idle problem

Yes just another NewB Once upon a time i thought i was pretty mechanically inclined Until the 90 4 runner came into my-life, I swear it is possessed. I ran a code check, and replaced the knock sensor wire and the TPS, It was idling pretty good for a day or two, And now when i start it up it runs high sometimes and runs normal others, I am kinda of feeling like i might have a auxiliary air valve issue, Being my idle screw is in all the way, Well anyway if this sounds like a familiar problem that one of you have had, I would appreciate any info,
