Default No Power to Fuel Pump '90 p-up

Have tested main relay and circuit opening relay and both are good. ECU-IG fuse is intact. Large fuses in engine bay are intact as well as relay located there. Any ideas??

I've tried the fuel pump test connector, no luck. All I get is 0.7V. What could it be? I'm not new to toys, but this is new to me. Fixed an 88 last year that was new to me too, harness had corroded into feeding injectors 1&3 from the resistor box. The injectors in that truck were low ohm, but denso (red & somewhat oval)connector instead of the Bosch type connector(white, square). All the denso type that I had encountered prior to that truck had been high ohm.

Well, break out the volt meter and track back from where you see 0.7 volts until you get the full battery voltage and then narrow things down until you find the cause:

I am only getting 0.2V today

Constant 0.2 V:
0.2V at terminal *#4-ground of main relay in fusebox under hood

IGN on 0.2V:
0.2V at *fuel pump conn. by (front) rear spring hanger .
0.2V *e1-b at Circuit Opening Relay
0.2V *e1-Fp at Circuit opening relay

Continuity from ground at *e1, *fc(AFM location, with door open, at circuit opening relay location of *fc.

No voltage Even with IGN on:
E1-sta But showing 4.5 ohms
Fc-E1 showing infinity

What should the voltage be coming through the fuses on the switched circuit? Where is it fed from. Does the notes left here point toward something particular that is familiar?

have you tried checking on the main fuel pump? there could be leaks if the cases stated above didn't occur. Other causes could be the PCM has decided not to turn on the pump, there's a fault in the circuit between the PCM and the pump, and the pump really is shot and nothing's going to make it run. If the third is the reason, you need to replace it already. I've researched fuel pump prices already. There.Hope I was able to help you.
