Dean's starting a new Toy project, so I think he'll be on here again now. Actually, our son Justin's Toy project is farther along and looking pretty good. But he's been away at college all year so hasn't been able to touch it. That means I get to drive it! Yeah me!
Dean bought a real heap from a farmer in Washington, so he's starting pretty literally from the ground up. I think it's going to be a trail rig for sure - Justin's is more flashy pre-runner desert style. Dean's going flatbed and utility. Beat 'em up!

I follow 3 forums pretty regularly. They all seem pretty slow! Haven't been wheeling in a year. Things have been slow at work and my pay check reflects that, so I can't afford to break my truck. At least I still have my job. I went on vacation where, among other adventures, we went caving with my uncle. Took alot of pics but something is wrong with my camera. They all came out foggy! Nothing to show. Just memories of a great time.

This is the project everyone in my family is fighting over.
Dean bought it several years ago for a run-around truck. Gave it to Justin as his first car, with idea that he had to do the work on it and pay for parts. He did, so it was "his."
When he went away to college though, he took our new full size Dodge Mega Cab because he's pulling a race trailer every weekend to ATV races. So I drove the Toyota most of the year.
Now that the sun is out, Dean is driving it every day to work, doing all the maintenance and fixes, and telling people it's his.
We may have to fight this out when Justin comes home in a couple weeks! It's a gut-bomb on the freeway, which is just want you want your teenager driving.

This is Dean's REAL Project, and no one will fight him over it. He's sure it will be a rock crawler by Moab 2010.
