I have something like the magna flow.. and a header, at low rpms it is nice and deep..
but anything over 4500 to 6000 rpms..

really it still sounds like a pisssed off weed eater.
most v8 owners are not ready for a motor that can rev up that high stock. I have had a 22re up to well pegged the tack. so 8000??? it held together. I tried really hard to NOT do that again. mudding, bump, a jump and oh crap when I braced I had my foot on the gas.

my wifes truck is the same, it has a round muffler and sounds the same at high rpms.
we call it the rabid squirrel
