yeh, no place to winch from pass side. so ran out the cable on the jeep to a snatch block, then ran my rope through the block, he pulled up his cable to get the angle. I need a second truck hooked onto mine so I would not slide forward. a third winch to control the roll back over.

it worked... then the guy with alot of adrenaline going didn't want to get back into the jeep to drive it off the rocks.. so we used the winches to bring it down the rock pile. once the adrenaline wore down he was very cool as in nice about the whole thing. And went on wheeling the rest of the week end.. as it was Trail Rated after that!!!

just THANK GOD HE HAD HIS SEAT BELT ON... HE TUCKED AND DUCKED JUST PERFECT... AND HE WAITED UNTILL WE HAD ENOUGH PEOPLE TO STEADY THE JEEP WHILE HE CRAWLED OUT. It was getting ready or just on the boarder line of going all the way over, top and other side. It all happened so fast,, but seemed like 5 min.. like a dream where you are running through something thick.. just could not move fast enough.

as it happened I was so scared for his head, then I was scared for his leg, those jeeps have a space on the left for the left leg, I thought his leg was trapped between the jeep and the rock... thank god that was not the case... He was not injured in any way..

bad thing to say, kind of... but it was an awsome, text book tuck duck, roll.

and a big thanks to all the guys gals that ran up to steady the jeep. I was not going to let it crush him, and no way I was going to stop it alone.. big thanks to every one that didn't think and just jumped in.

not to laugh at the guys bad luck..

but in picture number two of the roll over I notice that the jeep logo on the safty blanket is all so up side down.

man that was lucky he was not hurt.
he did a great job of the tuck and duck. didn't stick his arm out or anything. just grabed the wheel and tucked in for the roll. pretty awsome job.
