It will be interesting. A lot of us are camping @ Slickrock Campground. I know there will be partying, but I am not too into that. Hopefully I will be able to get some sleep! I always take a bunch of pictures!

Here is one of my favorites before the 33's and sliders...

I would suggest some ear plugs if you want to sleep! Hehehe I ended up stuffing cotton balls in my ears at surf N turf...... We had some people with a 2 stroke powered blender show up at about midnight the first night and park about 20 feet from our tent...... I don't think C.M. is that big of a party thought.....

This was my project last night... Tons of fire when we got there. You can tell by the charcoal all over the house. I am not pictured in any of the footage. Check it out...

Leave it to you!...After all they did say it started in the garage. What were you doing in there cutting the frame in half on the yota with acetylene?

Seriously though, glad to have you helping the community and serving our country. We need more people like that now days! God Bless you and your family (fellow fire fighters too I know your tight like that) and stay safe!

Default Stranger Here!!!

I will try to keep the drunkin' posts down to a minimum.
I thought this thread might be a good place to start.
I have an '84 shortbed, with a 4" spring lift all around,
plus a 1.5" shackle lift up front. 33x12.50 BFG AT's,
braided steel brake lines, and custom front driveshaft
(pipe from home depot). 4.88's and a detroit in the rear,
4.88's and a detroit for the front on it's way via UPS,
and Marlin Crawler. I have also rebuilt the front axle,
seals, bearings, gaskets, wipers, etc. (gear oil leaking
all the way to the brake pads!!!) thx Marlin!!!

I 'wheel any way I can get it, I love to drive that's
why I'm a truck driver!!!

Thanks for having me!!!

P.S. for those that read my last drunken post (quick a/c question)
it was 17 of 18 beers for the night. Not 18/18, I left one in the
freezer, It popped!!!

I'll try and keep quiet and soak up the knowledge!!!

THX!!! MUDDRUNNER88!!! XOXO!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!

I should stop talking NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

This thing is a dual-purpose rig , so the rear driveshaft has to be right to survive 70+mph on the interstate . Bad part is the offset , using a centered rear axle instead of having the 6" offset done for the Samurai . Probably end up having new flanges made for the current 1310cv shafts (2) I have now . Gotta have a spare when it takes you to work every day ....
