Default Mudrunner88 is getting a 7M-GTE / 7MGTE Motor swap

OK so I stole the Subject from Rick, but this will make it easier for people to search the two topics later on.

This project is planned to take me all winter long since I can't afford lots of parts right away. Basically right now I'm getting the motor down to a short block and making sure it's all in good shape. So here is what I started with.

Here is the upper intake removed and what the cam looks like underneath. Seen worse but this is somewhere in between.

Cylinder two was just getting ready to let go on the water jacket to the left like cylinder one did. Three and Four seemed good, and Five looks like two...just getting ready to let go. Here is cylinder six it was completey trashed!

A closeup of the head on cylinder 6 before cleaned. Valves have lots of carbon built up on them on all the cylinders but this one is by far the worst.
