Default 1979 toyota truck limited edition

does anybody outthere have any info on an 1979 limited edition truck. I,ve recently purchased one, and can,t find any information on it. It has a emblem on the dash that reads #667 of 1150 made. Any info would be greatly appreciated.The truck also features airconditioning, power steering, tilt steering wheel, and swivel front drivers seet.

Yes it does, it reads toyota 4x4 limited edition. Also own 81 shortbed, 7in lift, 3in body lift, 36in tires, 529 gears. Also have parts. Gie me a hollar!

What kinda parts are we talkin about? I need a wiper relay for my 81...mine crapped out on me. What else do you have?

Sorry, I havn`t been able to get pics yet. Been to busy ridn around. Know what i mean! I`ll try to make some this afternoon. Appreciate the intrest. It`s a fun little truck.

If so you have a relatively rare Toyota. In '79 when Toyota released their first "modern" 4WD pickup they shipped the first 1089 (one to each dealer in the U.S.). These were the "Limited Editions". Here's mine. Bought it brand new in "79.
