which header?

any feedback would be appreciated - gotta make my cruiser pass emissions in colorado, and i'm gonna spring for a complete system - header back. it's an '80 fj40 - 4speed, power steering. cost is not really an issue - what do i get? i've been looking at the spector system. also downy. anybody use man-a-fre one? how about jtoutfitters? anybody live in colorado and have emissions issues with any of their non-cat equipped systems? what about fit problems with power steering? thanks
