Default altitude adjuster?
I have an 82 FJ60 with the original 2F engine that I'm trying to get smogged. I got a call from the mechanic and he mentioned something about an altitude adjuster on the car. This car was originally from CA, first 2 owners, and thats where I got it. It has CO plates but that is just since I got it. It has only spent about 2 months above sea-level so my question is does he know what hes saying?

It's a vaccume actuator that helps adjust the fuel air mixture as you ascend/descend through mountains. Shouldn't be very expensive.
