Prepared?

Hey Cruiser Heads! I have a 1978 FJ40 & I need an idea of what tools,parts, equipment to bring out on the trail with me. Can anyone offer me some info? I want to conjure up a list of this stuff so I am prepared & maybe anyone who checks out this post could benefit from this list also......Well, Catch Ya Later, Dave

Tow straps, preferably ones of different lengths, and definatly not the ones you buy at wal-mart. Get good, off-road tow straps, and some d-shackles to hook them to the cruiser with. Also, a tool kit of wrenches and sockets, first aid kit and fire extinguisher(VERY IMPORTANT), a radio or cd to keep in touch with the people in your party(not supposed to wheel alone). You also wanna take a hi-lift jack. These are just your basic essentials, the more you wheel, the more you realize what you personally will need on the trail. Also, if you are wheeling with a club, ask, they may have certain requirements on what you have to take. Hope this helped.
