premier power welder

I need to buy a welder for my home shop. I am thinking about a Lincoln arc/tig welder (beginner's level) or putting a premier power welder on my 77 LC. Do any of you have the premier power welder and what are your opinions on this? thanks, Don.

I don't have one of those welders, but I do have a Miller 220V MIG welder in my garage. I love this thing. You really can't go worng with a mig welder, but they won't help you out on the trail. I know lots of people who just use 3 car batteries as a stick welding system for their projects on or off the trail. I know this didn't answer your question, but it was a response.
