Newspaper, Thrifty Nickel, Auto Trader(Truck Trader), Cruiser websites, etc. A good deal pops up once in a while, but you'll probably end up paying around $4000-$6000 for a semi-decent one. At least that's about where they're at in Utah right now. The newer the better. Look for power disc brakes, 2F motor, 4-speed tranny, power steering, etc.
