Re: spring over lift? Hi Waylon, From reading your previous post,a spring over is probably not what you want. This will give you at least 5 1/2 to 6" of lift. You will also have to cut and turn the axle housings to correct the driveshaft angles. A spring over should only be done by a qualified welder familiar with this procedure. With a S/O you should also change the steering to a saginaw setup. This could run up to a grand alone (if you have someone do it for you) Also, when doing spring over axles, you usually do a shackle reversal. which CAN cost even more $$. The 2" suspension you were asking about is considered Mild, A spring over is Wild! How about an in between suspension. How about a 4" skyjacker kit w/revolver or anti-inversion shackles and Black Diamond shocks. |
