Default Chenowth class 11 kit

Recently I purchased a chenowth class 11 kit. We installed the kit and started to tube out the rest of the car. I tried to get some DOM tubing but had a hard time finding it. So we took peice to IMS and they said it was not DOM but cold rolled. Now if this kit is supposed to be a Class 11 kit and it was supposed to be score approved. How come its colded rolled and not DOM?? I realized that the score rules have changed. They are still selling this as class 11 even though it will no longer pass. McKemsies tells me yes it is DOM. They are wrong.

Now I have a tubed baja and will not be able to get it to pass tech. suggestions?? Other then build a new car?
