Building a pre-runner bumper for Project Off-Road Toyota. We aren't sure yet exactly what size tubing we want to use. We were thinking either 1.5 or 1.75. Reccomend a certain size?

I bought a Pro tools bender with the 1.75 tube die to use for roll cages and improtant stuff.

I also bought a Harbor Freight cheap ass bender to bend pipe in other sizes. So I could make the trianglation stuff and grab handles out of smaller pipe.

A HF bender with ALOT of dies is under $100 while the dies for a "real" bender are over $250 for each size you want.

The HF bender is "harder to use and will not bend tubing with out kinking it.

IMO DOM or chromolly for the stuff that'll save your head and pipe for the rest.......... untill I win the lottery
