Thought I would post a link to this guy's site where he shows pictures of his homemade bender. Looks pretty good and uses standard dies.

I've thought about building my own as well. You can buy plans off e-bay, but I don't know the quality. This one looks clean.

Check out this bender! The prints were put up for download on the site and then later moved to the premium member area. Luckily I was able to download before then.

We used a very similar homemade bender for my cage...worked great.
