Default Optimum PSI for 33" Baja Claws on Toyota

Good Afternoon,

I have a 89 Toyota Pickup. V6 with a 4" Suspension lift. I have 33x13.50 Baja Claws (BIAS) on 15x12 wheels. I have 5.29 gears and Tru-Tracs front and rear.

I would like to know what the best on-road psi I should run for optimum gas mileage, tire wear, drivability.

What is the lowest recommended for off-road?

Thanks.

one universal technique i've heard is to mark a stripe across the tread with chalk then roll forward in a parking lot several feet (yards?) and check for even wear on the chalk. this will translate to even tire wear. simple tricks rule!
