We have and love the GoPro helmet cam. Originally used the basic camera, now use the wide-angle version and love it even more. If you get good electronics-quality lithium batteries, they last quite a while.

We'll be looking at MotoCam 360, Epic StealthCam regular and Epic StealthCam wide angle for an upcoming article on Off-Road.com.
