I would like to counter with my own experience. I was stationed in Germany (Army) and while removing my Icon coilovers I twisted off a mounting stud and ended up screwing up the top hat drilling it out (all my fault). I called Icon Vehicle Dynamics to order a new one, and they wouldn't take my money. They sent me new parts and hardware, for both shocks, express shipped overseas, completely free of charge. The shipping was outrageous and I couldn't beleive they shipped everything so fast. I find your story hard to beleive, and I'm sure there is more to it you aren't letting on.

Trying to salvage your name? It's not going to work...
If your product was so amazing you wouldn't have to create fake profiles and post bs stories about how amazing your customer service is. Icon sucks and the word is already out, sorry!

I am not affiliated with the company in any way, just a customer like you.

SURE BUDDY! If you invested this kind of time at work, you might have better chances of keeping your customers. You still have about 15 sites to go, you have only found two. So get on your little computer and start goggling away; waste the company time and money, you seem to be good at that. Until then my point is still strongly proven, you and Icon need to take some notes:

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE = REPEATED BUSINESS and bad news travels much, much faster than good news.

Search away...

PreRunner Girl. You seem to forget that you are just one customer out of literally thousands.

Take your own scenario and go sit on a cactus.

Everyone attitude is different, like "few would ready to spend time fore quality work, few won't like to spend more time then like to get quality work ontime". Own experience is the best choice to make decision.
