| |  NO ANIMATED FILES IN PERSONAL PICTURES!!!!!!
The whole purpose of getting rid of the signature pictures was to help with bandwidth and speed. Now people are using animated .gif files in their personal picture which I have seen upwards of 15K on them.
A personal picture is permitted, animated ones are not. Please remove them or they will be removed.
