Default What If??

What if this BB comes back from the dead? Who would know? Who would care? What if all the old timers checked in once a day or .... maybe twice a week?? Would that be enough to resuscitate the BB?

Just a thought

I'm trying. I think a lot moved on, and never check here. And there is a large lot who have sold and out of the sport.

Sad too, as this BBS had a LARGE knowledge base. I was chuckling over at the Zu board as folks were trying to figure out how to fix the no-heat in a Sammy issue. This board had the solution many years ago.

I check in from time to time, but don't post all the time like I use to.

I just sold my Zuk that I just got a year ago, I now only have my TJ Heep..

I'll have another Zuk... I need to move out of this house before I get one, no room in my garage for a project that I want to do!

This place to use be the Zuk spot.. I do miss those days! Lots of good friends made here!

Yea i miss this place. Im over at zukikrawlers now. Its not the same as this place but its pretty good. I swore i would never go over 32's and im on 38s now.

I miss how this place used to be. Its the reason ive held onto the zuk after all these years. I never got to meet anybody from this board in person other than billybob but sure wish i could have. Hell now that i think about it its been 10 years now that ive owned the zuk. I literally grew up in that thing i believe, and on this board.

Yall take care, check out ZK sometime.

Will

I miss how this place used to be back ten years ago.
Zuwharrie was doing good too but I guess they all seem to be slowing down.
Pirate is just a place to get flamed by folks that just know enough to get in trouble.

Default This was THE place

a few years back. Yankee Tim is correct many have evolved and now need very little help other than moral support. He is SOOO correct that we solved most of the common problems years ago. I too see people posting problems on other boards we have known the answers to. I sometimes answer them, most of the time do not. I am still rebuilding Samurai's and use my Sami for DD'ing and prospecting/mining in the Nevada desert. The one I am currently driving has a 1.6 8V with a Harley carb. Does great and handles a trailer easily. In my spare time I am installing a 16V with 4spd auto in my next driver. (going to a bigger trailer) I have never off roaded in any organized events as many do. I don't need to, as I sometimes don't drive on a hard surfaced road for days at a time, so most of my modifications are for comfort and reliability. I am only at the computer for 1 or 2 days a week so my time is limited. I do help the local Samurai owners as much as I can. Good luck guys!

I still check the board from time to time.I didn't really answer a lot of questions to start with andanswer none now due to fact that have already been answered or solved a lllllllong time ago or they are areas that I don't care about like tires and lift heights as my truck is almost as it rolled off the assembly line.
