. Ever heard of punctuation? Also, there's a button on the keyboard called "shift", and if you press it while pressing a letter key it will CAPITALIZE that letter at the start of a sentence.

Sorry to bust yer chops but I've hard a long hard day and stopped off for a couple refreshments after work.

A lot of guys are running dual tcases. I'll assume you're talking about a 4:1 Samurai tcase since you don't go into much detail. And when you say "stock" tcase I'll again assume Samurai. Some guys have tried running mated Samurai tcases but only BurnedBronco who used to frequent this site seemed to make it work properly. Most others who tried had problems with the second tcase leaking oil all the time because of the way it was clocked. Those who run dual cases successfully are usually running a Tracker/Sidekick tcase mated to a Samurai tcase. OTT industries sells an adapter to make this bolt together easily. Other guys use dual Toyota tcases mated to a Samurai or Tracker/Sidekick transmission with an adapter from a fella named Kerry Wittig. Any way you do it I would suggest you run the 4:1 case BEHIND the stock geared case. Running the deeper geared case first will put too much strain on the second case because of the torque you'll be putting through it.

I need another drink.

Those pesky Canadians! worrying about proper typing skills!

Go here: Xfactor.NET
Look in the projects, under Suzuki...he has pics, and a writeup. I put a lot of thought into it, then went with 5.12s in the axle, and 4.16s in the t-case, and it's low enough to climb straight up a wall now...so I don't need the dual cases.

You Bedford boys have imbided with me around the campfire before. You know it's all in fun when I start turning Indian.

Smitty, that's the combo I had in the blue LWB (4.16:1 Tcase and 5.12s in the diffs) and I honestly thought it was a perfect ratio for the wheeling I do. Low enough to give me great control when crawling/climbing, and I loved the engine braking when going downhill.

I'm a REALLY big fan of the Rock Block and the Klune-V (IF you can find one).
I have the perfect set up for 90% of the stuff we run with the 4.1 T-Case and the 5.12's, but then when I need just a little more gear, turn the R.B. on and go even slower. It's really nice for downhills, and of course the rocks.
Obiviously not as many gear choices as dual T-cases, but a lot less to fool with and worry about.
And Ray....Don't you be pointing that Lip at me there buddy
