| | Re: Any intrest in a Bolt On drop down Tail Gate Kit? Do you have a ballpark figure? Is this a $35 item or a $350 item? What parts are involved?
I really like the idea, and I think I would be interested.
Great job guys!

| | Re: Any intrest in a Bolt On drop down Tail Gate Kit? I am oversteping my bounds here, but I suspect that we are going to introduce them for about $59.00. Not sure, but I believe we can hit this figure within $10.00 one way or the other. For those that want shine-- Stainless 5/16 bolts.--For those that want to paint---Just plain ol' Steel |

| | Re: Any intrest in a Bolt On drop down Tail Gate Kit? After I get mine, Dale, we should build me one of these cargo-thingies like they put in the shortbed pickups (exploder comes to mind as having them as an option).
Nice idea, Chris - makes it a LWB when you need one, but with short wheelbase. I will have to get one before the Meet-n-Greet for sure. |

| | Re: Any intrest in a Bolt On drop down Tail Gate Kit? Thats a good idea, once you've got the production line under way for the SJ tailgates how about one for a Track/Kick. Always thought it would be handy for the camping stove (top folded away of course ) |

| | Re: Any intrest in a Bolt On drop down Tail Gate Kit? ok guys here are some prices and information for you, what I've come up with is $65.00 US and $8.00 for shipping anywhere in continental US will gladly ship anywhere, however i would have to see what freight would be and add that to the cost. anyways i am currently writing up some instructions to go along with it. The brackets that come in the kit will be painted with primer, ao you can paint it like your rig. currently i am waiting on a nicopress tool to make the cables the correct way, and it should be about a week in the mail. if anyone is interested contact me via email at VMC@AK.NET and we can work something out. | | Re: Any intrest in a Bolt On drop down Tail Gate Kit? James, i think the only reason we got the sammi gate figured out is because we only have 3 months to wheel and 9 months to dream about it and work on the rigs... i would love to make on for the track/kick, but i dont have one at my disposal. if i do get my hands on one i'll give it a whirl and see what happens | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
