I made these for $25, so I thought I should share. You can make them cheaper if you can weld (I had to pay). Jbird came over Saturday and we installed them on his Zuk (he's my test pilot!). I had the bumpstops (TT) for them because they wouldn't work with my bumper (I made my own) and the main shackle is an old set of Conferrs I had laying around. The "drop" part is an XJ Cherokee shackle. I got them from a Jeep BBS for the cost of shipping. Alright here's the first pic. XJ shackle with "hyper-extension" stop installed and washers(1/8") welded inside the "leg" for make up for the width. I also drilled these holes to 5/8" so they would work with Calmini poly bushings without the sleeves installed.
In this pic you can see the XJ shackle installed. The sleeve in the XJ shackle is 9/16", so I drilled the Conferr shackle to match that. The other end of the Conferr shackle is obviously left stock.
Here's the completed setup. There's a washer (1/8") welded inside of the "stock" end of the Conferr shackle to make up the difference in the width of the XJ shackle and match up with the stock width.
Looks prety good for an inexpensive set up if ya do another set, only thing I'd do a bit different, is to not allow the shackle and link to create a straight line. It'll probably still fold down without problems, but it would fold easier if still on a bit of an angle .. say only opening to 170* instead of 180*
