Default CT peeps?

Sorry about "peeps"...

But is there anyone in CT I can use for help or as source for parts for the sammy?
I was looking to put on a new head at the least, or do a VW diesel swap. Could use help if anyone wants to tackle the diesel swap with me, and two people have a better chance of getting it right.
Also, I am more than willing to help anyone that needs it.

Only thing I have to sell though is a two piece hard top.
And a BRAND new Weber carb. I have a used install kit, but weber just sent me a new carb unit. Old one started working funny after it swallowed some dirt.

I have a garage to work in, but its real tight.
So if anyone has access to a larger place to work that would also be great.

Later,
Alex

FAB-FEST is held @ Glenn's house in Mass.
If he puts you on the " N.E. mailing list " you will get all the details.
As far as refreshments go, at the last FAB-FEST Glenn had a nice spread(wait, that doesn't sound right,LOL )he had a good layout of food, some brought wings or chips or soda. Glenn had some KICK AZZ chilli that sure kept us warm on a down right cold day. We also can watch video's.
Do a search for " N E. fab fest dates " for more info or email Glenn.( wildweasel )

Not CT but western mass! You are lucky we have a local group here that is very active and getting more organised all the time. the fab fest will be May 3-4th (you can come either day.)
and will be a tech day/get together, with possible wheeling on sunday. (I will probly stay at the house and help finish things up but we have some nice trails within 10 mins of the house.)
Welcome!
