Sorry about this but my email is down til tomarrow!!!

howdy,
kevin i got the water choke assembly today. intsalled it and i have found a problem i know has been there for awhile...at least i think it is a problem. so here i go....(i will refer to the Weber Carburetor book by Pat Braden)
the (37) fast idle cam spring is not rasien the (36) choke-control-lever assembly up, due to the fact the spring looks to have lost it's spring and now sits sideways on (41) auto-choke shaft-&-lever assembly. so when the gas pedal is depressed the (63) fast-idle loose lever pad hits the (36) choke-control-lever assembly, causen it not to let the (36) choke-control-lever assembly kick up, and thus preventen the (5) starting throttle valves {butterflies} to open. [i found this out by just pushen the pedal done, with the engine cold. i.e. i never started it.]
also my throttle cable on the braket only bolts real far out. look at pictures below.
