Default new tranny x-member

ok finally got some pics of my new tranny x-member. it had to be modified cause i didnt have enough room for my driveshaft to fit. so i hacked the old x-member off and welded in about a 1/4 inch thick steel plate that bends to give it more clearence. works great. check out the link. the pics are on page 2.

Dude!!!! please get some bigger tires, those things are way to small for that lift! Other than that it looks good. How much flex are you getting at each wheel (inches)?

ya i know it looks a little wierd with those 31's on there but im working on getting some bigger one's. just need some money. zook junki its a r*cky r*ad coil kit. ya even with those skinny small tires the thing is almost unstoppable off-road. as for how much flex im not quite sure. havent hit up the rti ramp yet. im waiting to get a wider stance first. but lets put it this way. i go wheeling about 2-3 times a month and i havent been able to lift a tire off the ground while flexing it yet. in that one pic where im on the hood of the car the tire wasnt even thinking about coming off the ground. but dont worry ill manage to get a tire off the ground even if i have to flip the thing. ...... o ya if it counts ive gotten a tire off the ground doing 3 wheel around corners...sometimes 2 wheel. thnx guys. later
