OT(belated post) today is a good day(last satuday)

welll my day started ok like any other day...went to work...busted my ass,had a x employee come into get their last check,then that wonderful person went onto call me things that would make a marine blush.(but thats ok i don't have to live their life so it didn't bother me to much).
got my pay check,slid by the pawn shop on the way home ...pick up a brand new dewalt saws-all for 75 buck (score!!!!) things where looking up !
got home ,took a shower,when out to eat with my lovley lady ,had some good food,good beer ,good allaround time.
got home ...started a fire in the fireplace,turned on the marvin gay\al green/etta james and uncorked a bottle of wine,little bit of mood lighting:-) thing were alot better then the begining of my day !!!!
and then my girl friend brings my a wrapped present so i open it and low and behold there is a sheet of paper with a love song written on it with a ring on the bottom next to where it says "will you marry me?"
needless to say i am engaged after 5 years of being with my love and couldn't be more happy.
sorry for long post but i just felt like sharing my "good day"
