 ZRT600 RPM???
I have a '96 ZRT600 and was wondering if anybody knows what rpm it should be running under full throttle acceleration. It is stock other than the deep lug track. The primary clutch is enguaging right around 5000rpm initially, then it holds at right around 8250rpm under full throttle. Looking for as much acceleration as I can get (friend has twin piped Polaris 800RMK)without spending any money, so was wondering if I need to adjust the secondary clutch to increase the rpm's a little. I ride at 4000'-7100' elevation, and plugs look nice and tan so I think the jetting is ok. Any other extremely cheap or free mods I can do? Thanks
