ZRT 1108 Asphalt Sled For Sale

Turnkey asphalt racer with 3 years of evolution. 1996 ZRT 1108 set up for the asphalt but could easily be changed over for ice or snow. This sled has a top-notch motor with only 2 races on it. The Hooper 1108 was prepared by Gerry Iantomasi and has 14.5:1 CR, ported case, trued and welded crank, new water pump seals, new balance shaft bearings, new pistons updated by Hooper, D&D mod pipes tuned by Hooper for the 1108, 39.5mm carbs, new stator, new CDI, new timing pickup, new coils. Avenger III with jackshaft sensor.

Chassis has been lightened as far as possible without going past the point of not being able to return the sled to stock form. Lowered to NHRA minimum. Custom air dam. 10-tooth drivers. 8” rear idlers. Lightweight brake rotor and hub. 2002 drive clutch and roller secondary. Wahl skis. Track has very little wear.

Self contained cool down cart / work station. Largest marine battery available. 12 gallon tank, easily replaceable bilge pump with spare. Side flow radiator with electric fan. This cart allows the motor to be cooled to ambient temp in less than 5 minutes without ice. $250

I have large amount of tuning parts available that are not included. The buyer of the sled will have first chance at the lot.
