Brake noise

I have a 2008 Arctic Cat prowler that makes a bad noise when I use the brakes. I was told to let the center brake wear and it should stop. I have contacted the dealer again and he said that Arctic Cat is taking each problem
and looking at it. Has anybody had this problem before and what is the fix?
