Well, I don't have any of those but I am in the family. I have a 2000 Beartracker and have used it quite a bit on my place pulling a 5x10 trailer, hay, trees, stretching fence, etc. I've been really happy with it but It would be nice to have a little more power and 4WD. I have been in a couple of situations (usually from playing in the ponds) where 4WD would have saved me. But just for general work, 2WD works fine. I guess the biggest factor is budget. Also size - I don't know how tight some of the spots are you need to get into. My little 230cc Beartracker slides in easily between trees and stuff. I would think any of those sizes would work fine for you.

ive got a big bear 400 2wd w/ a winch and it has alot of power for hauling as stump breaker said but it does bog down easy in the mud im always playin in...
thats where the winch comes in.
but for general farm use id say either of the three.
but i would go with a 4wd model...the weight on the front end and the front tires pulling REALLY help when hauling heavy trailers.
ive got a honda rancher 350 full time 4x4 and it will haul the hell out of my trailers(livestick chutes, 5x10 4wheeler trailer, panel trailer) the four wheel drive will grip when the trailer puts so muh weight on the a$$ end....
hope this helps
