10 real pounds in 3wks is about possible. 2lbs per week is the norm for real fat loss while still recieving adequate nutrition for proper body comp change.
FYI: 1 lb fat = 3500 calories. Start working out and eating right.
My BS is Health & Fitness. I work in a gym. I've got a long physical fitness background.
If you want more real answers, ask away. Don't be one of those people I ask to leave the gym because of their "dropping weight" techniques.
