New Track In California Needs Help!!!

We are opening an off-road track in Manteca, Ca (about 50 miles south of Sacramento, between Tracy and Stockton) and we are being held up by the city. We are asking any racers who live in the area, who would travel to the area or anyone who just wants to help, to please e-mail us.

Any information you think might help would be greatly apreciated. Please include where you are, if you would travel to race at our track, how often you race and how far you travel to race.
