Default Man This Sucks!

The other day, I was driving my truck in the road and my yard, find a pile of wood that looks like good lift for a jump. I have it flying down the road, go into the grass, pothole in yard just before the wood, I broke my Front Left Wheel OFF! I have broken this part 2 times now, Traxxas should make a better design for me to test, these ones are very weak. Now, the Stampede is a three wheeler untill I fix it.

traxxas makes a very durable truck, but nothing is unbreakable. Momentum and an unmovable object (pothole) will most of the time equal breakage.

HEY GOOD IDEA!!!! The bad: tires move one revolution+downhill=battery charge. Mega strong for a piece of plastic though, maybe if I get them shortened, then have a 1.5:1 gear ratio, then get an onboard battery charger powered by a gas powered generator, then I might be able to get it rolling. Maybe I will keep it as a three wheeler and get a nitro 4x4 truck that I can mount my sand paddles on. Oh yeah!

Sounds like my traxas experience, I would blow out a differential every 2-3 weeks and then the universals would go out, stupid plastic sliders. My losi has never broken, other than a front knuckle due to a colision with a tree on the track while my brother was driving, the new ones are still going strong. there is a definite quality and price difference between the two but it all depends on what you do. Sometimes RPM makes stronger parts for Traxas vehicles.
