Octane Fest 2009, a rip-roaring racing festival in Fallon, NV from June 11-14 includes EnduroCross racing for pros and amatures.
“This Endurocross is for the professional and amateur off-road racer who aspires to race the national series but wants to get their feet wet. There’s nothing like this in our area, and we aim to really grow this event,” said festival dirctor TyErquiaga
Other Events: Dynamic Desiel Truck & Trctor Pulls, the Tuff Cup Challenge, ATV and motorcycle races, a Demolition Derby, Mud Bogs and a Rock Crawl competition. Plus: Vintage Tractor Show & Shine, a Mad Metal Truck Show & Shine, a Monster “Ride” Truck, along with food, music and a vendor midway. .
Look for: A free Hurricams Show & Shine at Oats Park; NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing at Top Gun Raceway; dirt track racing featuring 360 Sprint Cars and IMCA Modifies at Rattlesnake Raceway.
