Default Help fl 250 problems
Oddy will start and idle but won't rev carb cleaned new plug and fuel help

I know that this is crazy late but I had the same problem with mine when I bought it. Did all of the same things that you did but would not rev up. Turns out that the exhaust was almost completely plugged with carbon. Pull the baffle and clean all of the ports out with a coat hanger and carb cleaner. Mine does burnouts and fishtails now!
