Re: QUESTIONS that need to be answered!! According to the factory manual the compression for an 85 FL350 should be 138.6 lbs. psi.
When modifying an FL350 try to avoid raising the compression, stick to the basics such as a pipe, reeds, free flowing air filter.
Out here in California FL350's range in price from 2,500 to 4,000 depending on condition.
For my Wife's FL350 I have done the pipe, reeds, filter, re-jet and installed a water-cooled head and it has been very reliable and much faster than stock.
The biggest problem is they run hot and with the H2O head it made a huge difference. |
