Default Raptor Jetting - Start Point Needed

Gonna help my bro jet his Raptor in a few days...need some help on a starting point in the jetting department. His bike is bone stock right now, he's putting on...

GYTR air filter
Yoshimura Tri-Oval complete exhaust
GYTR jetting kit

He rides mostly sea-level areas (Glamis/Pismo)

Also...should he remove the air box lid, like we do on the YFZ's?

Thanks everybody!

My raptor has a full HMF exhaust, proflo uni air filter set up and air box lid off.I am running 165 and 170 main jets in the stock cards. All other parts in cards are stock (ie.nedels, piolet jets, air seed). You can try that or go with the jets that should come with the exhaust thathe is going to put on.In my mind the GYTR jet kit my be a wast of time and mony.

with a GYT-R air filter you CANNOT run with out the airbox lid , the lid holds the filter in place

Default jets

good luck the 660 is one of the hardest ive ever seen to get right. my riding buddy has one and we are always messing with it. he has a loony tunes dual exhaust, k&n filter and lid, pro comp cdi box, so far we have the jets set at 155 and 160, 4th clip on the needles and 3 turns out on the screws. good luck
