I wanna swap my 400ex engine with a crf450r

i have a 400ex and would like to do an engine swap with a crf450r... because if i bore and do other things to my ex then i would be at about 40hp and have just as much $ in it as i would doing an engine swap .. and a stock 450r has about 42-45hp... plus its liquid cooled

... what i was wondering is if there is anyone on here that has done this before or knows a bit about doing this, and if they could give me some tips or even let me know if this is the best idea... thanks

I have personally owned a few Crf conversions and to be honest, i loved em. handled awsome and ran strong. We used to build them alot for all kinds of people.
