 yfz450 jetting
just bought new 06 yfz450, bought GYTR slip on, K&N filter kit, GYTR jet kit. the stock main jet is 155, we put a 160 main in, 45 pilot jet, 3 turns out on pilot screw. the bike runs good, it backfires and sputters every so often. but it wont idle at all anymore. it will rev up and when i let off the gas it instantly chokes out and dies. ive taken apart the carb numerous times and cannot figure out what the problem is. has this happened to anyone and what can i do to fix the problem?? thanks for any help |
